Here’s a tutorial on how you can create your own song!

Notes Editing

Notes Editing feature is a unique game feature for Bandmaster allowing the players to create their own customized charted songs.

These songs that they create can only be played in the single play mode and can only be shared if the pc is shared between players.  It cannot be played in the multiplayer mode unless we request for the ucc songs of the players to be uploaded via the game developer (Dyson).

Steps:

-Song files that can be used are only those in MIDI and PDS format.  Song duration must be 2-3 minutes only.  Player must put the song file in this

folder : Bandmaster >>Resource >>User Media >>mid

-Once the song is already in the correct folder, you should be able to see it when you try to load it in the notes editing mode.

-When the song is loaded, it will already have its own original note charting on the left side.  Press Ctrl + A and these notes will be copied in the right side or on the editing chart.

-Click on the notes individually, when the note turns red, it means you can now edit/move it.  To move the note, you will use the left and arrow buttons.  To cut the note tail short, press ctrl + C.  You can use the Note Overlap Button to check for Duplicate Notes.

-Players will also have the option to set which instruments can be used to play the song, they can set the difficulty level and put in their preferred title as well as song producer and what genre is the song.

-After editing a song, just click on save.  Better to put a different file name so that when you play it on the practice mode, it will be easier to locate.  UCC songs can be seen on the UCC- Single tab.

Hello bandmates! Summer in not yet over as the heat invades Bandmaster in
search for the first Rockchick for the month of June!

Eligibility:

-She should be friendly/sociable
-Certified player of bandmaster.
-The person should possess a beautiful face.
-The contest primarily looks for young women, she will be a role model for the
next rockchick of the month and be recognized as our first rockchick of the month!

Mechanics:

-GM will make a thread in forums titled “RockChick of the Month”
-Contestant must attach two (2)-three (3) in-game and four(4)-five(5) real pictures

Lilipad ang Road to Domination 6 papuntang Southern Luzon this Saturday,February 4, at ang SOS Band Showdown tournament ay gagawin sa Reivee Internet Café na matatagpuan along Rizal Ave., Tagapo, Sta. Rosa, Laguna (near Sta. Rosa Police Station and Municipal Hall).

e-Games is going all out for its i-Café Blitz for SINULOG 2012 in Cebu -the Queen City of the South! The fun starts this January 4 and culminates on January 13 , 2012 at Game City- Banilad fronting Gaisano Country Mall. A challenging tournament for the best RAN , Pointblank ,Band Master , Audition and CABAL players! Aside from these cool freeplay and tournament, there will be live contests and activities plus EP and In-games selling! Check our Tournament Mechanics below!

BANDMASTER SOS

Mechanics:

• Players must form a group of six (3) members.
• First sixteen (16) teams to register will participate in the tournament.
• Game mode will be SOS Mode.
• The tournament will have an elimination round, a semi-final round and a final round.
• Use of the SOS Ring/Mythy SOS Ring is not allowed.
• Band with the highest accumulated score wins.

Prizes:

• 1st Place (30D Unreleased Instrument of Choice + 15D Purple Flame Hair)
• 2nd Place (15D Purple Flame Hair)
• 3rd Place (7D Purple Flame Hair)

Hi Bandmates!

Meron tayong new feature sa BandMaster, Ito ay ang NOTE BACKGROUND!  Where in players can use their preferred images as backgrounds in their note chart. You can change your NOTE BG by putting the desired image. I-check lang ang mga sumusunod na steps!

BandMaster \Resource\NoteBG

Recommended size is 182 x 512 to be able to fit in the note chart.

Once you have added your preferred note BG. You will be able to use it by going to Single Play.  Just pick any song and click on Play, you will now see the Panel Edit button.  Click on it and you will see the panel edit button, you will now see the images available for application.

After clicking on the desired image, click accept.
